Green Roof

Although it is not visible to tenants, one-third of the roof above them is covered in plants! Our Green Roof provides several environmental benefits. First and foremost, it insulates the building. Plants absorb sunlight and heat, cutting the rooftop temperature in half. The plants themselves produce oxygen and reduce carbon dioxide in the air. Finally, the green roof absorbs water that is headed for the storm sewers.
